Subway - Anchorage

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant, which makes it really difficult for hard workers to grab lunch. They don’t accept cash bills over $20, which is incredibly inconvenient for customers. We only had a $50 bill and larger, and rather than accepting it for our $27 order, they preferred to throw our sandwiches away. Additionally, the "convenient" gas station next door won’t give change or allow access to public restrooms unless you make a purchase of over $10. This location at the corner of Seward Meridian and the Palmer Wasilla Highway is anything but convenient or customer-friendly. What a disappointment!

I experienced rude and slow service during my visit. I placed an online order and when I arrived, an employee told me my order would be ready soon. After waiting 20 minutes, he simply grabbed the bag that had been sitting on the counter the whole time. His attitude was unprofessional and he truly deserves to be reprimanded. I reached out to their corporate office in Anchorage, AK, and the admin suggested that if I wasn't happy with the service at that location, I could go to a different one. That's quite a response!

Although I didn't spend a lot of time at Subway of Alaska Inc., I noticed a few positive aspects about the building and staff. The office space is impeccably clean and has measures in place to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. The staff members are friendly, and they perform their tasks efficiently. Overall, my visit to Subway of Alaska Inc., also known as Subway Alaska Headquarters, was enjoyable.

Great place to eat, I love the sandwich’s
