I often find this situation and find all Baristas very helpful. Ronnie is the Barista I see most often and what a pleasure. I usually order very simple drinks, but they never disappoint the small messages they write on the cup lids and leave on their display board. Always a good way to start the day! View all feedback.

Oh the taste of water down Drache drink: pink food coloring in a water with low-fat whip cream to swim. This area needs experienced barista. The first was on them, the second and third: on me, because I had some hope. View all feedback.
Friendly young lady give samples.. I don't want to give reviews in places that are known there...if the meaning makes....this day and age when our new generation tries to make your visit a pleasant one. I have to say something, thank you, young lady and keep the good work. You noticed.

The service was awful; the barista didn’t greet me, didn’t speak to me, and didn’t seem to notice me at all. This is a disappointing experience for a Starbucks.
The flavor of the Drache drink was disappointing, resembling watered-down liquid with just a hint of pink food coloring and a dollop of low-fat whipped cream on top. This place really needs a skilled barista. I was offered the first drink for free, but I ended up paying for the second and third, hoping it would get better. Unfortunately, it didn’t.
