Starbucks - Anchorage

My first time going here on a Tuesday, but NEVER AGAIN! Staff today must hate their job or have other things going on,because they could surely use an attitude adjustment or just a better understanding of the statement If you don 't like your JOB, CHANGE IT!

The cafe is a nice space where you can do your work or mingle with friends. It was really annoying however, that the drinks are never called out. You have to just go to the counter and check for your order vicariously.

Rude lady for no apparent reason. Every time me and my mom come here the lady with glasses (not sure of her name) she always has an attitude even though my mom apologize for minor mistakes like forgetting something or even asking for a cupholder. The lady always gives us a side eye or a stink face . Rude lady for no reason

Went through the drive through and they gave me a black coffee instead of my order. I feel like the company stole from me because I paid way more then what a black coffee costs. Returning to the store with 3 kids was not an option and should not be to get the correct order. High disappointment. Orders at this store have been going down hill and this is the final point. Time to try the local coffee shops!

Updated 2020- 2018- Starbucks is life. I know I’m dramatic but I need caffeine to live and Starbucks gives me that fuel every single day yes every single day. I have my hot drink that does not change and make cool drink when it’s hot out that does not change. I’ve been a gold member for five years. You got to earn them re-wards
