I enjoyed dining at The Hot Mess, as it offered delicious comfort food with an Asian fusion flair. The portion size of the Halibut was generous, but it was slightly dry. The service was excellent, although I was the only customer at the time of my visit. It was 5:00 PM local time and I had just arrived from a flight. I would consider returning to try the restaurant again, but would suggest to the chef not to overcook the halibut.
