If I could give a negative review, I would. I ordered pizza from this restaurant and found a long black hair wedged between the cheese and the crust—disgusting, and it ended up in my mouth. I attempted to call the restaurant to request a refund and to advise them to follow proper food safety guidelines, ideally with the manager's certification in food services, but they didn't answer their phone. My previous order was immaculate. But somehow there was a completely different experience today. 3 stars for pizza if you want to look like something edible. It looks like it was left in the oven to overcook, then stepped up and put in the most disgusting box they could find. After all, the seal was strictly ornamental and hanging on his life. I threw it away because I didn't trust it. $23 tip well spent? No, and that's my own fault.
12-26-22 I ordered a large pizza. I was told be 40 to 60 minutes. When I got the pizza and hr later it was almost cold. When I called Pizza Hut I was put on hold and the transferred to the call center. This is the first in few years we wasn’t happy with our order.
They didn't even give me my change and refused to help me

The Pizza Hut on Boniface suck, They don’t want to answer the phone. They always put me on hold and hang up on me ! Maybe you should not offer call in orders, if you don’t want to answer the phone and take an order. I understand the last hour being put on hold until you close and then hang up like they normally do me, but it’s only 9:39 pm. What the heck! It’s easier to call Best Buy and they don’t even have customer service.
