The food was pretty good. A little unorganized for picking up Togo orders, but they were busy so I understand. A host to help people who just walk in would probably help but my buddy and I enjoyed the food we have! View all feedback.

I stayed at the hotel and the hotel was great. On my way to the airport I wanted to grab lunch so I ordered some food and you can see by the picture, DO NOT ORDER THE STEAK BITES! You will waste your money. For $17, you would think you would get more than 8 steak bites. They should serve them on a bed of rice maybe or add more. They need to make them look more appealing. I was very disappointed. View all feedback.
One of my favorites for a nice breakfast and meeting up with friends. Reasonably quiet for an enjoyable meal and conversation. The above was an older post. I am revising my review because the last 2 times we visited have been less than optimal. But this last visit was the worst. I had previously given 5 stars across the board but today they get zero. Walking into a restauraunt with my guest I have to get past a diner sitting at the bar without a shirt. When asked how they can allow this they simply replied they can't do anything and there was no management on site to handle it. this is strike two. Please, Piper's get it back together! Service is down because there was no one who could handle the situation and the food was down which would normally be a 5/5 but I chose to leave instead.
Had the corned beef brisket and french dip. They were ok. The deli sandwiches were mediocre and lacking flavor. Ranch dressing was delicious. Do not come here for breakfast or dinner if you are in a hurry as this place gets pretty busy.
Ok, this is tough to give them such low stars, but on beautiful, summer, Anchorage weather days they should prioritize outdoor seating instead of blocking it off if they 're short staffed. Force seating to the outside instead of forcing indoor seating. I live in Anchorage and have spent thousands at this establishment over the years, and will continue to do so, because their food is outstanding. But they employ this no deck seating way to often and easily in the summer. C 'mon...common sense you gals.
Excellent!!! There’s nothing bad to say for any aspect of this place! The service was beyond amazing and friendly! They were all so incredibly attentive, yet not intrusive. Fresh, hot coffee; and it was real brewed coffee, not the concentrate that’s common around here. The burgers were HUGE! I had chicken and it was a great portion size and very juicy!!!Jen was our waitress and she is a rockstar!
Busy, fun atmosphere when we visited for dinner on a Saturday evening. Clam chowder and chicken nachos were both excellent. Service was slow, but the staff was working hard.
