Peking Wok - Anchorage

Pictures of most thr menu here that was my first time there. I was glad to see that they also have a small Thai menu (not shown, and not in all menus. So ask if they don't see it.) I really had fun on pad thai. we also had egg rolls and soup. I had it and it was delicious. I had to garnish it, and it was a lot in it. That was nice. my friend had ekk foo young. the atmosphere we are amazing. su was our server. she was very friendly and knowledgeable. she answered all our questions. I enjoyed the decoration much. only a nice, friendly little business with amazing eating. go to support small a small business and enjoy yourself.

The place is small and reminiscent of a 70's styled Chinese restaurant, but the food was amazing (I had the Szechuan shrimp, hot and spicy). The sauce was, as promised, spicy and very flavorful. The accompanying fried rice was also tasty. The lunch also came with three slices of pork and an egg roll, which I doused with hot mustard (a favorite of mine). Topped off with hot tea, I was absolutely pleased by my first visit to this local favorite and the meal I was served. The wait staff was cordial and attentive. Overall, an excellent lunch.

We have ordered here for 20 years with no disappointment. Best food hands down but if you have it delivered there is some risk if it is a long wait/delivery time. Best hot and fresh. We live on the hill and 8 out 10 it’s great for delivery. Great owners.

Meh. Went for lunch only 1 server. The food was ok. Kind of bland. Egg rolls were not really good. Not sure if things aren't the best because of current times in life, but I'll pass for a 2nd try.

I used to order for delivery pick up from Peking Wok. My favorite was the crispy duck. I was a long time customer but this Saturday, I was so disappointed! I ordered for pickup got home hungry. I opened a box of burnt hard to chew duck! My dog won’t even eat it. This review is no star! You’re not taking care of your customer. Actually, it hurts ! Peking Wok made me feel worse than an animal to eat such hard burnt food! I can say more disgusting words but I’d rather not. You just cared for oncoming money but you never cared to serve quality food to your customer.
