I ordered a pickup that arrived earlier than expected, and the customer service was fantastic from start to finish. A lovely woman even came out to update me on my order's status. She later brought out my food sooner than estimated. Once I got home, I was impressed by how amazing the bag looked. You could really see the care that went into packaging the order. What User doesn't like about Outback Steakhouse:
The steak at the steakhouse was disappointing. I ordered it medium rare, but it turned out to be extremely dry. Overall, the dining experience felt more akin to what you'd find at a diner. The seating was comfortable, and our server was excellent. Given the prices, I expected much better quality. There are definitely better options out there. View all feedback.
My meal was amazing, I ain't been there in years. I had the Pasta n Shrimp Alfredo, our Blooming Onion was perfect, the bread wasn't enough though , but got over it, and our server was spot on w/o being overbearing, I like a server who knows what is to much, he was great, regrettably I forgot his name, small pony tail and southern accent. The shrimp was perfection and the pasta was the way it is supposed to be. Definitely won't be yrs before I go again.
Took my fiancee to Outback Steakhouse in Anchorage, AK. (Her 1st time) to Alaska. She only ordered a coke to drink and I ordered our meal. Little did she know there was a surprise at the end. Overall, the Staff shown excellent hospitality while serving our food. Ordered the two lobster tails, 12oz. Rib eye steak (Medium Well) and a few more. My fiancee enjoyed her time. Our food was good. Had a Bloomin onion and Wedge salads but the best was our server named Dylan. He was very personable and we enjoyed talking and laughing.
Took a minute to get seated because we came during lunch rush but the food came out quick and was good.
I had a chicken sandwich and it had many delicious aromas. the pommes were good. our waitress was in order. total, beautiful experience
