What Rant Or Rave T doesn't like about New Sagaya's City Market:
It's been a while since I visited City Market, and I'm wondering if they're trying to close down. Their coffee has gone from being quite good to possibly the worst in town. View all feedback.
Stopped here for lunch after a nice walk around town, and I was absolutely shocked at how tasty my sandwich was! I ordered a chicken avocado pannini and I'm still thinking about how good it was. The rest of the store was relatively clean and well organized- felt like a well- lived-in neighborhood grocery.
Awesome store(s) for Asian cuisine, excellent produce, meat and fish counter is superior to chain grocers.

I was on the lookout for Alaskan Seafood and found it here! Bought salmon the first day and halibut the next. The people working there were so chill and friendly.
I went in to pick up lunch and some fruit today. The cashier told me that because the peaches are 5.99 lb, they’re $19. I told her that I’m not paying almost $20 for 2 peaches, so she took one off. It turns out that she was trying to tell me that my total was $19 and change. I got the feeling that she didn’t think that I had the $20 to pay for my food or something like that. She was insulting and someone needs to teach her how to say “Your total is …” and tell her that she shouldn’t make assumptions about what people can afford.
