If you don't mind waiting right after they open, definitely check out this place! The customer service is excellent, and the restaurant is clean. It's one of the best ramen spots we've tried. we waited 10 minutes, although there were open tables. we finally sat down, the hostess was a very sweet young lady. she told us our waitress will be here soon. only the so-called waitress 10 minutes to come to our table. she must be the owner. old Asian dame, started a question with: can I accept her order? I dream about the ramen here daily. The service is impeccable, the food, especially the ramen is outstanding and you even get a fantastic dessert with your meal. Any time we have visitors we always make sure to bring them here for a great meal and great service.
Top shelf establishment. Staff are friendly, proficient, and knowledgeable. Food is fresh, taste good, and is presented well. Prices are very reasonable for the service, food, and ambiance offered. One of the better choices for dining in Anchorage in my experience.
This is the place my family and I visit for special occasions. The staff is always warm and inviting, they are always giving us complimentary treats and the environment is warm and inviting :
I lived in Japan for 8 years and this is the best ramen house I've found in the states since. The tonkotsu ramen is amazing and tastes like home to me. Service is amazing...fast very welcoming. I just love this place.
Our granddaughters love to eat at Naruto! We enjoy bringing them for a treat!
