Mcdonald's - Anchorage

It seems that customer loyalty holds little value for this establishment. As someone who has spent over $5,000 here since I moved in September, I am disappointed by my experiences.

The biggest surprise of my life happened when I approached the order window and discovered that they only serve food to people in cars! Then the poor guy wished me a good day. What does that mean for someone who's hungry? It seems like there's no choice but to settle for a burger on my own.

The manager, Maow, was very rude and got our order wrong. When I asked her to correct it, she told me she wouldn't do anything except replace the fries, and one of them wasn't even half full. We also ordered two Cokes, but they forgot one, and the one we received wasn't good at all. I wouldn't even give this place a star—I'd give it minus five stars just because of the poor service!
