Love the atmosphere every time I come to get ice and even the owners of the shop are always hands with customers and their employees; the staff is very friendly and always quick to use. highly recommended to stop by.

They really let a guy do all the work while 2 girls were just standing there talking. I told them to help him out and they both said “he is doing all I’m handling the other people.” there’s a RUSH! you guys are supposed to knock out a rush all together. Teenagers workings or not, horrible rush working as a group. we were there for a good 30 mins or so.

The issue isn't with the ice itself; it's really about the service. Sometimes the ice is great, and other times it's not, which really depends on who is making it. I believe Alona makes the best ice, but if she's not there, I won’t bother going in. The portion sizes can be very inconsistent, depending on who is preparing it. I've paid for a small portion and received practically just a spoonful. I know that sounds like an exaggeration, but it's true. When they add toppings and mix them in on the marble plate, the ice tends to melt, and quite a bit ends up either on the tool or left on the plate.

Everyone was very friendly. The ice was delicious, and there was no line when we arrived. However, it quickly became very crowded right after that. This was at 7:30 a.m.

I discovered flies in my ice cream. When I requested a refund, the staff hesitated until I mentioned contacting corporate. If you decide to eat here, be sure to check your food!
