Marble Slab Creamery - Anchorage

Ice cream is good, very much a cold stone creamery copy cat, but I 'll take it. Only issue, the whole single maker to a group was bad. We had a group of 4 and were assigned a single ice cream maker, it took far longer than it could have. This is basically ice cream subway, do you see them doing that?

Last minute ordered a cookies and creme cake and it turned out amazing. It was for a birthday and it was perfect. Super easy and great customer service and the ice cream was so good. This is definitely a place to get a good icecream cake!

Evening shift crew is always INCREDIBLE. Kind, silly, get our orders down even in the chaos.100 the reason for 4 stars. Wish I could give five but the day shift lady today really made us question coming back. Horrible attitude. Didn’t greet us after we waited for her to appear when we entered. Rolled her eyes and threw her body around when my little one said a wrong topping and fixed his mistake before she even started making our ice cream. Our containers of ice cream were incredibly messy. 10 fold terrible experience compared to any time we go at night Everyone has bad days, but when my little dude leaves feeling sad about ice cream, it says a lot about his experience.

A bit pricier, but worth it for the excellent customer service and dedication to getting your sweet treat just right. A young man named Logan was a great help and a warm smile that made my dessert even better. If you want options, efficiency and people who genuinely are there, try Marble Slab.

They are incapable of putting two flavors next to each other. you have to mix it or just get one flavor. Their reason was it takes too much time yet it took them (3 servers) about 5 min to tell us why they can 't put two flavors side by side. Nice people but save your money and time and go to coldstone because they are cable of doing that.
