A fantastic place downtown to grab simple but delicious food. Their main fare is made to order burritos and sandwiches, both of which have a wide array of choices available and both of which are fantastic. There are also daily soups and specials which are consistently great. All in all, the offerings are a fairly simple array but you're sure to get something that's an enjoyable lunch every time. What Megan doesn't like about K Street Convenience Store Market:
Nice staff, definetly downtown prices but hey its a convenience store!! heart of tourist city, only thing they need improving on is organizing the shop i felt i was going too knock everything over as i passed by, it just looks messy, i think itd bring in more business other than that its ok if you need coffee, snacks, quick lunch View all feedback.
This place has everything. The burritos are huge! Stopped here while staying at the Captain Hotel. Literally right outside its doors, couldn't be more convenient. They have everything: too the paste, snacks, bug spray, food, drinks, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The burritos are made to order, took about ten minutes for them to be made. Friendly staff.
FINALLY downtown has a Costco! Or at least it feels like that on a miniature scale. This place is STOCKED like none other. I often wish there was a Target or a Fred Meyer downtown. While there definitely is NOT, this place fills the void with just about anything you need. (Seriously. It 's actually funny how well stocked they are. Of course, you 'll pay a bit extra but that 's why it 's called a 'convenience ' store! I, obviously, don 't do my regular grocery shopping here but it 's really nice to have this on hand if you work downtown and need a variety of snacks beyond what your building vending machine offers. The markup, as I said, is substantial but you 're paying for NOT having to drive all the way to Safeway. And let 's talk about the food. Their little kitchen makes some killer burritos and are a favorite at my office. The cookies, muffins and coffee cake are as good as anything else in the area. The staff are always kind and casual. There 's just very little to dislike (aside from some of the prices . All in all, a valuable little resource at the edge of downtown.
Small store with a everything needed. Got sugar free cough drops, cold medicines, etc Great choices amazing in small place. Nice !
I ordered a custom cold sandwich. There was nothing particularly special about it, however, the guy making it took tremendous care in it's presentation. The ingredients were all in proportion, nothing was hanging off the edge, and it was wrapped neatly.
You can think of this place as downtown 's General Store. And I don 't mean a shop to ripoff tourists with trinkets; I mean a place for locals to purchase life 's various sundries and munchies. It 's like a gas station convenience store, except it 's a place you actually want to go! Great, fresh, grab-and-go burritos. Good coffee. ATM (that is slightly cheaper than the one across the street at Brown Jug) And friendly girls at the counter. They have everything you could ever need, and nothing you don 't. If you work/live downtown or are staying at the Captain Cook and you forgot something or want to grab a super-quick bite, this is your place. If you 're in your car, in a hurry, parking can be tricky. You 're probably better off hitting an espresso stand.
