Chuck E Cheese's - Anchorage

5 star family fun place. Very clean! In fact, after a game, I saw several employees cleaning the games that were touched after. It was great to see a place that takes care of cleanliness. For food we got boneless chicken wings and they were honestly pretty good. Overall, my husband and children had a great time to play games. Tons of seats and a great place for a birthday party.

I do have two complaints: 1) About half of the arcade games were malfunctioning, which resulted in losing coins. This has happened to me on multiple occasions, both during spring break on a Saturday and at random times on Tuesdays. I'm not sure how to report the faulty games; with so many of them and similar issues, it would be difficult to explain. 2) On Saturday, when we visited during spring break, I arrived about half an hour after my husband and daughter because I had other errands to run.

With Dave and Buster's returning to town for a few years, Chuck E. Cheese seems like a great option. The place was clean, and all the games we tried were in working order. They've designed the arcade games to be more suitable for kids aged 10 and under. The pizza is definitely one of the best in town. However, the salad bar left much to be desired; there weren't many options available. My children's party went very smoothly. The staff member assigned to our table was young and appeared to be new, and she could have used some additional training or support. Nonetheless, she managed to handle everything. My daughter had a fantastic time and is eager to return. I would recommend giving Chuck E. Cheese another chance in this post-Dave and Buster's era.

I take my kids here all the time and we love it. The wings are my fave, my kids love their pizza and honestly, the cakes aren’t bad. I come here for most of my littles birthdays and family’s as well. The staff are always great and Ruben the manager always makes sure to come around to make the guests are taken care of. Thank you Chuck E Cheese crew! We will see again soon.

We had a great time celebrating our son's birthday! He had an absolute blast! There were so many games to enjoy, both upstairs and downstairs. I found the prices to be quite reasonable, especially at $32 for unlimited gaming for an hour. The pizza and cheesy bread were delicious as well. Plus, all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
