Agave Mexican Grill - Anchorage

Beautiful customer service and the menu has a beautiful variety. they will work with them when they are looking for a party. what? they offer a special menu for events!? I'll call the next lunch. I almost forgot to mention the amazing tamale I had for lunch.

The staff are absolutely wonderful. Being from San Diego it's hard to match up. But this place is incredible. Great food. Will come back again.

This is the best and most authentic Mexican food I've had in Alaska so far. The woman I spoke with was incredibly sweet and made sure I knew exactly what I was ordering. The tortillas were fresh, the menu was quite extensive, and the flavors were excellent!

From the moment we walked through the door, the waitress was phenomenal. She was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and welcoming. We had just arrived straight from the airport and came from San Diego, eager to experience the local Mexican cuisine. The waitress explained that the food here differs from what we're used to back home; it’s more of a Mexican fusion. I ordered the seafood burrito, and although it wasn't what I expected, it was delicious—sweet and infused with pineapple. The chips were amazing as well, resembling fried tortillas but with a unique baked quality. I could tell they put a lot of effort into their dishes. We're planning to return before our flight home. Thank you, Agave, for making our entry into Alaska so inviting!

As of my last visit on September 30, 2016, this restaurant is closed and has new owners once again. However, I must say that the Agave Supreme Burger was one of the best, most flavorful, and unique burgers I’ve had in a long time. The service was excellent, and I will definitely return in the future.
