My chirashi bowl was very fresh and when i asked to substitute something i didn?t love, they did no problem. Then when asked about Different cutsof same fish, i said i didn?t love any part of said fish and they loaded up my bowl with what i requested as substitute. I?venever had a place give me so much of what i liked with no problem. They are amazing and very accommodating. Definitely recommendand will be going back asap!!
