Ordered something off the menu and the girl at the register proceeds to rudely say this location doesn't have that item even though the go getter was clearly on their menu, if it was sold out understandable but why have something on the menu if it's supposedly not sold at that location. Take it off so if people ask they don't get a rude comeback by their employees. Not only that she charged me for 4 savory pretzels when I told her and motioned the number 2 for how many I wanted. Feel like she did that on purpose cause her attitude was gross from the moment I told her good morning and she was just dead inside. Do mobile order if you don't want a bad experience. At least the girl that gave us our drinks was nice of us to inform us to double check if we wanted 4 pretzels and refunded us.

I appreciate the colorful light display while I wait; even as an adult, I enjoy indulging my inner child. They have hand sanitizers available for those concerned about COVID-19, and several employees wear masks.
