The service at this restaurant was lacking as we never saw a server beyond the initial food drop-off. No one checked in on our meal or asked if we needed anything else or drink refills. Ballast Point Downtown Disney is hitting all the marks for COVIDsafe meals. The staff was as attentive as needed and orders were delivered in good time. The quality of the food and drinks remains top notch.
