Baltacı Odun Ekmek Fırını

A small oven. Since the anchovy bread is famous, we wanted to try it. There were a lot of likes in the comments, we found it too salty and too oniony. One is enough for two people.

I came across this bakery on my way back from the YOROS castle. We saw a bake through the window display that looks very exotic. We asked the owner, he explained it is made of fish, is a fish bake bread). We bought one and had it at our hotel, it is the best I have tasted in my 4 days stay at Istanbul. Beautiful flavour! Wish could have more. Definitely will visit this bakery if we ever come back! It was so delicious , we forgot to take a photo!
