Mostly well equipped and well personalized, but many freezer elements have been missing for several months due to supply chain problems, and the deli dept is always a waiting for help. Curbside pickup works well, although they usually have to replace or leave items that I selected on the app, but they do not end up in stock. Floral and Ballon dept was very helpful for birthday balloons today. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Safeway:
Prices are closer to the high range. Over crowded every time I go super long lines. No clear directions for the online shopping pickup area. One sign with an arrow that's it. Parking is limited as well. That's a given for a small store with little parking real estate. View all feedback.

Just completed my first pick up order. It would be difficult to improve upon their process! I will use this service often, now that I know it is seamless.
Self checkout ha ing to wait to have the number of their bags used verified..Whats the point of express self check. The bags however r durable. But paper would be preferred.
Love Safeway!! Always great selections. I can usually go to the deli and ask for them to fry up some fresh chicken livers? Not everyone's cup of tea, but these are the bomb
Ok! Be it the only spot open past ten pm in Anacortes! The cashiers are all very friendly! But as for prices while inflation is on the rise worldwide this is very obvious every time I shop here! Also their produce has gone downhill tremendously I am appalled and shocked when I see the produce they have put out for customers...it may be just like this everywhere..but no I bought produce at a store outside of town and it was way fresher better and I think even less expensive! Stay open all night long again would give them 5 stars! Because the 711 here is closed and unsure it plans to reopen....Covid has really ruined a nightowls routine....oh well being like everyone else isn't that bad! I guess.
