The staff member was on the phone when we arrived but did at least acknowledge us and handed us a menu. However, we sat there for about 20 minutes while around 20 to 25 new customers came in. He attended to each of them while we just waited, completely ignored. Eventually, we decided to leave. This was not good customer service at all, and I was very disappointed!

The delivery was quick, and the driver was polite, which made me eager to try their food. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The roast beef was overcooked, tough, and completely lacking in flavor. There was barely any tomato or mayonnaise on the sandwich, and they added onions, which I didn’t order and which cost extra. The breaded mushrooms were decent, but I've had much better elsewhere. Overall, this first experience has been a letdown, and I won’t be ordering from here again.

Just step out your truck then hung up in my face. This wasn’t my food but I paid for it. I usually tip $10+ what I already tipped after delivered, but Nah. Even my people said they won’t order here again because they heard dude on the phone.
