One staff member was visibly unwell constantly sniffling, touching her face and nose, and then handling food and drinks without washing her hands, which felt quite off putting, especially in a hospitality setting. Tables were left uncleared while multiple staff sat around chatting and snacking instead of attending to guests. It gave the impression that service just wasn’t a priority. On top of that, my salad had nut shells in it, the cutlery wasn’t clean, and the general atmosphere didn’t feel very hygienic. I hope this feedback is taken as constructive the place has potential, but a sharper focus on hygiene, service, and attentiveness would make a big difference. Usually the experience here is good.
