It is not often you experience this level of sophistication, elegance, culinary wit and pure tastiness in plate after plate within the same dinner. This was such an occasion. &Samhoud Places is a gem and the service was outstanding! As our waiter realized our table of eight was overwhelmingly Italian, he seamlessly switched language for the remainder of the evening, explaining and guiding us through complex dishes. To top it all off, at the end I (the birthday girl) was presented with a personal chocolate mousse cake to take home. Since I have a hard time sharing when it comes to all things chocolate, this was most highly appreciated. What a great night. Great company, as well. Thank you everyone at &Samhoud Places for making this a most special celebration.

Fridays and Sundays have specials meals for good prices 70 or 100 euros for the full meal (extra is for wines between the dishes, before and after). The staff surprise you with little chef dishes. So get ready for a rainbow of tastes.

Service is impeccable with attention to every detail and treat you like family. Makes for a elegant dining environment without being so stiff. Now the food EXQUISITE beautiful presentation, finest ingredients, fully able to accommodate my celiac by the way their gluten free bread is the best in Amsterdam! You will not be disappointed- tasting menu!
