After two hours, we only had our starters. when I was complaining, I was told that the kitchen was very busy, obviously not true, as she has an open kitchen and the young work there were mostly concerned about cleaning and keeping home. and the restaurant was not busy at all. gordon ramsey is the next challenge!

It wasn 't particularly wonderful nor was the wine pairing done really well..at some point the lady doing the wine pairing and describing a Chardonnay to use said this Chardonnay is French because it is not from Spain which makes it more honey 'er... The atmosphere is okay and the different levels create an interesting vibe. Not useful that the waiters do not have the english skills one would come to expect from waiting personnel in an international city and 'international restaurant '. And the highlight of the evening we were seated facing the kitchen, which was interesting. Especially after it was closed and we were able to watch the little dinner party for mice in there. Guess the saying is true.. when the cat (chef in this case) is away the mice come out to play..
