What User doesn't like about Loetje Aan De Amstel Amstelveen:
Used to love Loetje, great steaks and tasty chips. Not any more tasteless steak and cheap frozen chips. Will never visit again. One more thing 25% increase in price and steak smaller. Better value elsewhere. View all feedback.
The service today was terrible. I visited the restaurant with my two children. I asked for all the food to come at one, however, the servers decided to bring separately in appetizers and main entrees. After receiving the appetizers, more than 40 minutes went by and we never got the rest of the food. My children were very hungry and this delay also caused us to be late to other commitments. After those 40 minutes we decided to leave and the bill even included one of the items that never arrived. I asked the waitresses for the food no less than 4 times but It did not make a difference. I am disappointed with the service today as we typically come to this restaurant and always have a good experience.
Woke up from an afternoon nap and took a troll along the embankment to Amstel I made a good choice
This is an amazing location in the center of Dutch culture. The garlic steak was perfect, to finish the meal a strawberry desert, yum! The price is was very relevant.
Servis not good at all. No one put any effort to take an order.. The staff rather take care about the local people than foreigners. After 25 minutes of waiting we have left. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The menu has a QR code that refers to a website with a matrix with information about all allergens. The meat was amazing, and they also have some great dessert options. Friteurs are all divided with gluten articles, so no frits.
