I tried the fava bean purée, a tasty local dish with capers and swirls, and a Greek salad without feta. The Greek salad was a standout, with a variety of ingredients like orange slices, red onion, and cater that made it delicious. The chef also makes a separate batch of vegan pesto upon request.
