Typically, the service is quick, and the food is hot and delicious. However, the last two times I visited around 7 PM or later, the rice was poorly prepared—both undercooked and overcooked—and the chicken was also not enjoyable. It was so bad that I ended up throwing it away both times. Perhaps the night shift isn't as attentive?

After placing an online order, I ended up waiting longer than those who ordered in person. When my food was finally handed to me, the staff member didn't make any eye contact and instead offered a drink to someone else who was waiting. Once I got home, I found the rice to be bland and there was a clump of unmixed white rice in it. I'm grateful we had a coupon because the meal certainly didn't justify the price.
