The food was served cold, some items were missing from my order, and they struggled to get my special requests right. To make matters worse, when I tried to call and speak to the manager at 2:22 PM on Saturday, she repeatedly hung up on me. She refused to provide her name, claiming to be the highest-ranking manager present. Her attitude was quite rude. Despite my efforts to remain polite, I felt her demeanor was passive-aggressive, reminiscent of a grumpy animal—definitely not the cozy vibe I was hoping for.
