Don't recommend this place for someone who gets a job.

I go to this location every single day at least once a day, sometimes 3 t... read more The girls who work in this building are awesome, their customer service is impeccable. I go to this location every single day at least once a day, sometimes 3 times a day literally, and I have been doing this for almost 2 years straight. I choose to go to this location over McDonald?s where my drink would be $2 cheaper, and the main reason I do this is because of these girls service. The day before yesterday though, something happened and I?m a bit irritated with it considering how much money and recommendation I put into the company. Anyways I was met at the drive thru widow to a lady who I have never seen before, she told me my price and it wasn?t compliant with the price I get every single other day, so I asked her what it was about and her exact words were ?you got an extra scoop of powder, it?s an extra charge, and I?m the manager here so if you have gotten another price, whoever rang you up was charging you wrong, if it?s me ringing you up you know your price is right? and it?s really about how she said it cause I can understand if I have been charged wrong in the past but she was flat out rude and had a very big head about the fact that she was the manager so it was right. It?s extremely sad that the manager has horrible customer service, it?s also extremely sad that the manager doesn?t know her EVERYDAY customers. Also if what she said was correct, when I get a large mocha velvet ice with no whip cream and no drizzle with an extra scoop of powder why is the price not reduced for the whip and drizzle but I?m charged extra for the powder?? Doesn?t make sense to me.

I really appreciate that I can order decaf lattes wi... read more Consistently good, and occasionally exceptional! The unique flavors here exceed the typical coffee options. I really appreciate that I can order decaf lattes with Splenda without compromising on taste. Just make sure to clearly communicate with the staff about how you want your drink prepared, as some may not get it right. I often drive up and end up waiting a bit longer, which the staff doesn't seem to appreciate, but it is what it is. Sometimes, the same drink can have a different taste depending on who makes it.
