Special mention goes to the pan-fried veal rice, absolutely delicious: perfectly cooked, melt-in-your-mouth meat, and expertly balanced flavors. The hand-cut beef tartare is simply excellent, fresh, delicately seasoned, and of exceptional quality. And what can I say about the dessert… the raspberry frangipane shortbread tartlet with pistachio cream is pure bliss: a perfect balance between indulgence and freshness, a truly refined touch to end the meal beautifully. An address I wholeheartedly recommend and where I will definitely return! Martine Marc
