Moret eggs are a blend of sous-vide soft-boiled egg and powdered wine sauce, salmon tournedos: a real disaster! Overcooked vegetables and fish, plus my daughter was smeared all night…. Brief!! Question yourself, cooking is not an assembly of low quality products, it is a question of respect and love for the product and the customer! Love your job!
