It's not for every budget, but when it comes to enjoying a piece of beef or sharing a cheese platter in a friendly setting in the city center, this is the place to go. The Wagyu is definitely my favorite discovery! But I can't wait to try the dry-aged beef. Special mention for the dauphine potatoes, which are absolutely divine :
