We made a dinner reservation based on a Michelin Guide recommendation. We chose the chef's (surprise) four-course menu, each course as successful and surprising as the last, combining fresh produce, refined sauces, seafood, carefully selected seasonal vegetables, and a surprise dessert—all of exceptional quality. We also opted for the excellent wine pairing. The chef's cuisine, with its successful combination of ingredients and sauces, is destined for success; it's truly inventive gastronomy.
