The drive-thru impressed a customer with a complex order and the friendly staff received kudos. Family-friendly features include a play area and the potential to host children's birthdays. Overall, this McDonald's location is a solid choice for a meal on the go, especially for families with children. Just beware of possible cleanliness and customer service inconsistencies.
One of the worst McD’s. On the odd occasion I visit this place, I’ve never NOT had to wait when ordering at the drive thru. It’s the only McD’s that I have to pay for an extra nugget sauce or a mcchicken sauce?! Food is ok, IF they get the order correct. Seldom give napkins. Has one of the most frustrating drive thrus. Pick the wrong line and you can watch 6-7 cars in the neighbouring line order before someone takes yours. It’s worth the 12 min drive to Sackville (you’ll wait that in the parking lot for your food in Amherst anyway) to receive timely service, a hot and correct order and an extra sauce at no charge if needed.
The coffee is good, on the rare occasion that they get your order right. Check your items before pulling away, it’s likely wrong to some degree. C’mon McDonalds, do better!
Kid-friendly: They have a small play area for young children to play and burn off energy before leaving. Parking: There is ample parking space, though it can get crowded during rush hour or at the drive-thru.
The overall experience was enjoyable, however, there were a few issues such as missing receipts and straws for our drinks. The staff varied in friendliness, with some being more welcoming than others.
Coffee and burgers, new girl did not how work cash register on her own. Left without the fake food. Coffee was good tho.
