Frank Gino's Grill Pasta House Amherst

I love the renovations done by the new owners at this restaurant. I had a great experience dining here, starting with a delicious Caesar Salad and then enjoying a half rack of ribs as my main course. The garlic mashed potatoes on the side were outstanding. Tracy provided excellent service.

Presentation and eating was sub-par, the Franken chips were so over cooked that we couldn't eat them, I had ordered a philly cheese sandwich beforehand and had to put it back twice and was still loaded for them, everything is debrised into seasoning salt, the point that I couldn't eat. I have been here some times with ZERO problems and really enjoyed my eating. our server was great and apologised. all in all crappy eat this time and last, service super friendly and happy to fix the problems. the carbonara my man said was also delicious with my daughter.

Is the cook proud of it? $18.99 stir fry with what looks like less than a handful of baked frozen vegetables and chickensuggets. I was eating myself and had great experiences in the past, but this is the second time that I take a meal and it has been. ?

A couple of weeks while going through. I had the lasagne that was good and appropriate. the personal was friendly, personal and fast. was not blown away from anything, but was not disappointed by anything. a typical small family dining experience. I'd definitely fall back when I'm back in the opposite.

Very impressed with the excellent service we received from our waitress, Sheila. She was so friendly and took the time in assisting us in making healthy choices. Thank you so much!!! We will be back.
