Fresh Side is a hit-or-miss dining experience, with some meals being amazing while others are a nightmare. The Teerolls are consistently good, but dinner can be hit or miss. Vegetarian options are okay. One reviewer had a terrible experience with rubbery chicken teriyaki and poor service. However, others praise the diverse Asian cuisine menu made with fresh ingredients, especially highlighting dishes like Udon, algae salad, and Kimchi. This restaurant is located on the main street in downtown and offers excellent food, especially the Udon, algae salad, and Kimchi. They also have Lapsang Souchong tea as an option, which is rare to find. The restaurant has a large beverage selection, plenty of outdoor seating, and well-maintained interior seating that is separated for safety. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing top-notch service. Overall, a great place for both food and service.
We shared our first meal in two years (since Covid) and what a great place we chose. The food is amazing and we came back for the second time. A definitive favorite!!!!!
One of my favorite places to go when in the opposite the tee reels are all divine, especially the ingwer tofu is one of my favorite roles. then of course I have to get my bowl of the Pho soup so delicious. another thing I love is the atmosphere, feels so calm.
When Freshside is a hit, it’s a HIT. When it’s a miss, it’s a HARD MISS. Sometimes, the food is amazing and arrives timely. Other times it is a straight up nightmare all around. I’ve lived here for 10 years and it’s always a gamble. Thetearolls are usually always good though. Dinner is a huge hit or miss. 3 stars because the good times don’t make up for thebad.
The food was good. The staff was a mixed experience. The waiter was gruff. The waitress was great. The restroom was garbage. There was no hot water, and the hand dryer blew cold air which was quite unpleasant
