Kfc - Amherst

Soooo overpriced and when I ordered a bucket I was ordering based on price as money was tight..they suggested 3 large side so I picked what I wanted and headed to the window....the total instead of $37 or so (can't remember exact amt) was $51 and I asked why and they said the posted amt was just for chicken and the sides are extra...all this time I thought the sides were included...from now on IF I go back I will just order the chicken...I can open a can of green beans and pull out a pack of instant potatoes and save a lot of money....unless I just didn't see it, the menu should reflect the price is checken only....I remember my parents getting a bucket with sides for 19.99.....smh

Cautionary tale, folks!! I ordered through Uber Eats at about 7pm. After leaving a 13% tip for my driver, I received my order early, yay. Got greasy chicken with absolutely no seasoning. What happened to the 11 herbs and spices? I can't help thinking that they would have never done this if I had gone to the drive-thru. Hey KFC Manager, DO BETTER!! Dont save the failure scraps for the folks who aren't going to hold you accountable because they're ordering from home. I almost got in my Jeep and rolled up on you, but never mind. I know better than to order this way again. So many other places in this area provide quality product no matter if they receive an order through a food app or not. You should be ashamed of yourself. $35.00+ down the drain. I threw it in the trash. I will remember not to peruse your establishment through a delivery app again. SMH.

I went the gentleman who waited on me took my order. He was very polite. I always try and go 1 every 2 weeks.Parking: There's enough parking for where it's at.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap parking.

This place gave me old chicken order the 8 piece hot wings for lunch got 6 pieces an cold fries. Try calling them they kept hanging up phone

Good spot, we get dinner from this location, and it's always on point.
