Victor our host took us to lunch at this fantastic shop/ bar/butchers/ restaurant. Every dish was sublime from the salads to the cod to the t bones 2 different ages. If you go there don't ask for the meat to be cooked in a particular way it will come as it's supposed to. May be the best meat I have ever eaten. Desserts were great too the flan especially. Can't wait to go back.

After quite a bit of time in Santiago, we stumbled across this place on a hike. Had no idea we’d be having the best meal we had in months. The starter of anchovies with cheese and walnuts is simple perfection. Steak. Incredible. Nothing more to say. Better than the top places in town. Recommend walking out. It’s gorgeous.

Fantastic restaurant in the woods outside Santiago.... Food great, prices great, staff great..... Relaxed, full of character.... Away from the tourist rubbish. I cannot believe this place is 165th best restaurant in Santiago. Thoroughly recommend

Great service, tender beef on the grill with salad. Very good apple cider. Cozy comfortable place for lunch in the terrace with the forest in the foreground. Close to santiago center. Popular with the locales. Prices are so so, not cheap not expensive. Had the grilled corbina a few days later and was espectacular. Juan, the owner , showed me the rib eye steak filet mignon along with the fresh fish recieved daily which were just absolutely phenomenal, see fotos. Great for group 's. A must when visiting santiago.

This restaurant made my trip unforgettable. We arrived after a long walk in the mountains and we were happy to find this place with a covered outdoor terrace. The location makes you really feel you are mixed with nature. And then you start to smell the aroma of food that spreads in the air and you know something good will come... The food of this place is as close as a real Galician cuisine. Absolutely delicious! We felt completely embedded by the Galician cozy summer vibes. In the meantime we had the opportunity to meet the owner of the place, which is a very sweet and humble man. He offered us an amazing Licor and we chat all afternoon. I'm sure this won't be the last time I'm gonna be here... See you next year!
