The restaurant can be accessed from inside the hotel or from the street. Service was friendly and prices were correct. A good table just on the Cathedral Square

So many awesome places to eat on Santiago. Why bother checking with a travel guide? I did...and it was a Fail. Rick Steve 's you failed me!!! Normally his guide... read more So many awesome places to eat on Santiago. Why bother checking with a travel guide? I did...and it was a Fail. Rick Steve 's you failed me!!! Normally his guides are great for restaurant recommendations. Maybe Tricky Rick Inc.. needs to get out on the road and update his books? This place was blah. High prices and no customers was the first sign of a failing restaurant. The second is fishy tasting pulpo. I guess what goes along with few customers is not very fresh seafood. The third was a laughable sign on the table advertising a pilgrims special price menu for an outrageous expensive price but also demanding that the pilgrims show their credentials..... I know... you should have left ... But I trusted Rick Steve 's. Nope Everything went downhill. Even the jamon was bad. The only redeeming quality was the clean spacious toilet.... Which I used... Boooo Don 't bother with this place
