Everything excellent! The food was delicious, for starters we ordered the octopus toast and it was a generous portion. The prices are reasonable in relation to the quality and presentation of the dishes. The attention of the staff and the place were also very good. Highly recommended, 10/10.

Traveling in Santiago for business from the U.S. and staying at the Palacio del Carmen. One thing I noticed on my first day here is that dinner time is not at 6 or 7 but past 9 PM. The restaurant was not open until 9 and even then there was no one there. The meal I had was the Paseo de Galicia which let me try a variety of dishes. Every dish was seasoned perfectly and tasted great. My favorite dish was the brocheta de pulpo In layman 's terms Octopus on a stick). The dessert was also very appetizing and for my first meal in Galicia I think I am off to a great start. If looking for a meal near the hotel I really recommend this place.

The restaurant's hours on the website are not updated so we were not able to dine comfortably there. We sat in the bar area. We ordered a very simple and austere vegetable cream, gazpacho with shavings of ham, in my opinion gazpacho is accompanied by cut vegetables and bread, not with slices of ham on top. Ordered burger well done because my wife was pregnant and we had to ask for it to be made again, which was only marked in half, a thin slice of tomato for three of cheese. The quality of the hotel does not match that of the restaurant.

We visited in winter so we were the only two for lunch. The menu was not huge but everything we asked for was exquisitely done and service was very good. The wine paring proposed was very good (I asked the waiter to give me a glass of the wine he recomended). The croquetas were just right in the saltiness. The solomillo was slightly salty but when eaten with the fig was perfection.
