I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of vegan options at this restaurant and the delicious taste of my pad pak. The level of spiciness was just right. I appreciate that they don't use fish sauce in their vegan dishes.
They offer a separate menu for vegetarians, so be sure to ask for it. I don't believe they have a vegan menu, so it's best to inquire. Despite being a bit pricey, the food is delicious and the portions are generous. I personally enjoy their pineapple stir-fry dish, so make sure to give it a try.
Although ambience was nice but the preparation was worst. I ordered for red curry with chicken they end up making very thin curry. I asked for double chicken instead quantity was too less not sure what was their regular quantity. Taste was ok but itfeels like i was eating soup instead of curry.
We ate at Thai Spice on July 11, and it was so disappointing. We ordered the spring rolls, Tom Kha soup, Yellow Curry and Spice Pasta. The coconut milk in both the curry and Tom Kha was curdled and the texture was mealy which happens when sauces withcoconut milk are frozen/thawed. There was little flavor in any of the dishes, and although the Spice Pasta looked wonderful, thesauce was the consistency of water so couldn?t stick to the noodles-though there was very little flavor anyway. What happenedThai Spice? We will not go back there for a meal like that at a cost of over $50. Sad.
