Taco John's - Ames

This restaurant experience was absolutely disgusting and disappointing. I ordered delivery twice today and both times the food was given to me with lettuce, despite requesting no lettuce due to allergies. I also ordered multiple sour creams but only received one cheese instead. The staff needs better training, especially when it comes to allergies and fulfilling online orders. This experience was extremely disappointing and gross. My two orders were completely messed up.

I ordered at the drive-thru and requested the Combo Bark Burritos without meat. I did not ask for the Drilling Burrito because I believe it has lettuce and sour cream which I wanted. When I got home, there was meat in my burritos, which was disappointing. I called the restaurant and returned to pick up the corrected burritos, mentioning that I did not want tomato. However, the cashier misunderstood and added tomato to my order. I repeated louder that I did not want tomatoes, but they still included them in my burrito.

Coffee gave my diarrhea and are very rude staff. Hopefully they'll get out of business soon!

The service is usually friendly and the food is in line with most customers' preferences at this restaurant.

Fast drive thru times and very nice customer service.
