Taco Bell - Ames

I sat here for breakfast. in the inner was closed even though they had a sign that "choose space open". the breakfast menu was very small and difficult to read. person in the window (sharin) was rude and said no word. I made our order wrong.

Last night, my wife and I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. We had to wait nearly 15 minutes for our order, even though there was hardly anyone else in the restaurant—only people in the drive-thru. Our six Taco Supremes were missing tomatoes and had more lettuce than meat. We ended up spending around $35 for a very unsatisfactory meal.

The taco bell does not get your orders right. I ordered a Cheddar chicken chulapa and they gave me a regular chicken chulupa without a statement. they have often missed my orders on the app!

I went through the drive thru at 12:30AM 7/25 and got a decent size order for myself. Even though it was only 30 mins till closing time, my food came out nice and FRESH, not to mention they were quick with it too! The closing staff deserves nothing but praise. Thank you so much for a great meal. You can count on me stopping by again.
