This place is utterly confusing. The layout is awkward, and the door handles are oversized. The atmosphere feels almost claustrophobic, and the wait times are excessive—over 15 minutes for a burger? I wouldn't recommend it. View all feedback.
The journey was long. though it was moving quite fast, the fries were cold. I don't think they're open to inside.
A little better than the other mcdonalds in ames, but they are both as moderate. the order is always grounded.

The people that work here need to learn how to read orders cause they clearly can't get anything right. I ordered mchickens add cheese I received bread with lettuce cheese and mayo no chicken Patty's for some reason. Ordered sauce with my nuggets didn't receive that. Ordered 2 chocolate shakes didn't receive 1 of those. They can't even put straws in a bag. Whoever works here needs retrained or fired. It's not a hard job.
The older bald guy who always works the first window should be fired! Last time I went to this location he was so rude to my girlfriend and I, and every other experience I have had with him he has had a terrible attitude and was very rude to me. This man makes me never want to come to this location ever again!
