Description

Hailed as the campus’s top dining center, this busy on‑campus eatery offers a rotating, health‑conscious menu that stays fresh and well stocked. Vegetarians praise the variety and tofu dishes; breakfast lovers adore the tater tots and home fries, while standout soups and signature beverages draw repeat fans. Utensils and food rarely run out even during events. Expect solid mid‑level restaurant quality and dependable, diverse options, though drink choices are limited and cash prices can feel a bit high.

Great food compared to the other dining rooms on campus. Healthy options consistently do not run out of food or cutlery, and you do not see the same dish twice a week. The only possible negative is that the beverage options are not so extensive.

This place allowed me to form a bond like no other with my bros.

Mediocre food, with more exotic food on the Iowa State campus. Excellent atmosphere here though with good aesthetic!

Don’t believe me? The first time I tried Powermilk, I successfully scaled the Campanile, tackled a Calculus III exam from a distance, and even managed to catch a goose as it waddled by a group of touring students. The tour guide turned, chuckled, and said, “That’s a lot of power!” To my surprise, it was Steve Butler himself! He instantly awarded me an A in both Calculus III and all my previous Calculus classes. I felt invincible! I released the goose and dashed back to Friley Windows for another refreshing sip. Once you've tried Powermilk, you won’t need any other form of sustenance. Powermilk is truly a star in the beverage world! It comes in two irresistible flavors: blue brown and red brown. Both taste as delightful as they sound, so be sure to grab a glass today!

The best dining center on campus nowadays, by far. Still a little overpriced (if you're paying cash) but honestly the food is reasonable quality and is about what I would expect from a mid-level restaurant in general. Tofu was surprisingly good, would recommend.
