I can’t call to cancel, and a pending charge of nearly $40 is keeping me from ordering elsewhere. This is just ridiculous! Every time I order from here, it seems like they take their phones off the hook during delivery hours, which is totally unacceptable. I've placed four orders in the last few months, and I’ve NEVER been able to customize an order properly through the app. I've been calling for the last 25 minutes and only getting a busy signal. What a joke! This time, I'm going to refuse delivery or request a refund because this is just not acceptable.
