My original order was the ste... read more February 18th, 2024, my husband and brother n law went to Ruby Tuesday in Americus GA. Thinking all is fine, we placed our orders. My original order was the steak and ribs combo. It didn't look that appetizing. Everything was overcooked, but I thought just make the best of it. Until I saw a curly black hair on my plate (no, it wasn't mine). Made my server aware, she was very apologetic and offered another meal. I asked if I could have the deconstructed steak skewers. My meal came, and I was excited it looked good. Until I move some steak around and look at this, there is a screw/bolt on my plate (no, I didn't put it there). WTH!!! Photos don't lie.

They kept him busy... read more My wife and I went there on Saturday afternoon. The server was attending to 17 adults who were quite arrogant, which made his job difficult. They kept him busy for over three hours and only left a $17 tip. I brought this up with management, and they informed me that Ruby Tuesday doesn't allow mandatory percentage tips. My point is that while the restaurant made several dollars, the server ended up with less than $5. He took great care of us, and we gave him a $10 tip. If you can't tip properly, you might as well eat at home.
