Despite some praise for its delicious food and warm atmosphere, this restaurant struggles with consistently poor service. Long wait times and inattentive staff, often linked to management issues, frustrate diners repeatedly. While certain servers receive compliments for friendliness and dedication, overall customer care is uneven, with reports of rude behavior and insufficient staffing. The owner’s selective engagement creates a divided experience for patrons. Food quality, including standout homemade lemonade, steaks, and burgers, remains a highlight, but without significant improvements in service and management, the restaurant’s reputation may continue to suffer.

We had a wonderful time at the restaurant. The food was delicious! Our server, Ashley, was impressive. During our conversation, we found out that she was actually in training, which surprised us because she did such an excellent job. It honestly didn’t seem like she was new at all. Overall, great food at fantastic prices!
Everything was delicious! The food and drinks were exceptional. My son even mentioned that he loved it so much he wanted to keep drinking. I highly recommend this place!

The food is decent however the service is poor. The workers move extremely slow for there not to be a heavy flow of customers present. I waited over 15 minutes for someone to tell me they would be right with me and then over 15 more minutes before anyone took my order .There was about 12 or 13 customers in the entire restaurant . I would suggest hiring more help and friendlier workers. Perhaps I would have been more understanding w/ the wait if the staff were friendlier however they were not. Without improvents I will not be back.
Good food. But, over heard the owner say that her customers were family but yet, she only talks and visits with certain people. Would like to see her engage in talking to ALL IF HER CUSTOMERS and not just a few of them.
