Domino's Pizza - Americus

This location is by far the most unprofessional Domino's I have ever encountered. They take your money, fail to deliver your food, and don’t answer your calls! The fact that I've experienced the same issue multiple times makes me think it's not just a coincidence. The entire staff, including management, needs to be replaced! This store is a disgrace to the Domino's brand. It's incredibly unprofessional! I genuinely wanted to give them zero stars instead of one. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

It's currently 7:22 PM, and I placed my order around 5:30 PM. I've called four times without getting an answer, and I've been on hold for about an hour in total. I still haven't received any updates—no calls or texts about my order. Update: It's now 7:43 PM, and the tracking says my food was delivered, but I haven't received anything. To top it off, they're sending me a satisfaction survey!

Frustrated, I decided to visit the restaurant in person to place my order. The woman who took my order had a very rude attitude, and nearly everything she repeated back to me about my order was wrong. It felt like my attempts to order were irritating her. To top it all off, I never received my pizza because they wouldn't accept my American Express card. In summary, this was the worst pizza experience I've ever had, and I probably won't choose Domino's again. This was only my second time dealing with them, and I am thoroughly disappointed.

90% of the time, across all domino's I've been to, its very nice to enjoy the meal that's prepared for me. This one matched my favorite domino's. Thanks.

Every time I come to pick up my pizza based off the tracker I 'm almost ALWAYS told to wait another 5-10 mins! Tell your workers to learn how to learn the system putting the customer at inconvenience expecting stuff to be ready at a certain time andit is not!!!
