I recently visited Zupas and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I found a live fly in my food, which is completely unacceptable. This not only ruined my meal but also raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards at this location. I hope this issue is addressed promptly to prevent future incidents.
